Location: Longview Eagles; 1526 12th Ave, Longview, WA
Attendance: Summer Clemenson, Karen Gidderon, Tom Stebbins, Lonnie Knowles, Hal Palmer, Bryan Calhoun
Next year we project that Salvation Army will be $40,000 short of the necessary funds to feed families.
We decided that the telethon will take place Saturday December 8-9, 2012 from 10 am to 10 am.
We need people to fill the following roles:
- Floor Director
- Producers
- Greeters
- Grip
- Bell Ringers for Outside – We would like a kettle and bell ringers for all 24 hours
- 4 people to run cameras at all times
- Sound man – and sub to allow for breaks
- Green Room Attendant
- Techies to take down bands and help change signs
Equipment needed:
- 4 computers
- Phones – possible cell phones for 24 hours
- Printed agendas for everyone
Groups we need:
- People to find sponsorships
- PR people
Our next meeting is Monday February 27, 2012 at 5 pm.
