Attendance: Summer Clemenson, Karen Gidderon, Linda Haarstad, John Hanna, Debra Lawson-Bean, Hal Palmer, Lonnie Knowles, Bryan Calhoun
Summer Clemenson started the meeting at 7:10 pm. The Living Ministries Committee has grown to 8 members. Newest members are Debra Lawson-Bean, Tom Stebbins, Jamie Holloway and John Coleman!
Unfinished Business: The Christmas Angel Telethon was a success. The committee has decided to start working on the 2nd Annual Christmas Angel Telethon next month. There will be a special committee for the telethon. Bryan Calhoun and Lonnie Knowles will serve on that committee. During the debriefing of this event we learned that having more time to produce this event will lead to better results. We raised a little over $3000.00.
Our next Christmas Angel Telethon 2012 meeting is Monday January 30, 2012 at 5 pm.

New Business: Living Ministries will produce a fund raiser to benefit the Dino Doozer Foundation on March 17, 2012. The Event will be called “The St. Patty’s Day Fling”. We are still looking for a venue. There will be a meeting on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 to discuss The St. Patty’s Day Fling in greater detail. At the next meeting we will have a presentation from Karinsa Viramontes with the Dino Doozer Foundation.
The team from Drug Court will be having a fund raiser on Saturday, January 28, 2012 They may be able to come to our next meeting to tell us what they do and give us details about their event next month.

We discussed our articles of incorporation and how to amend them to make sure they are clear. We also went over the Bylaws. The meeting was adjourned by Summer Clemenson at 8:08pm
