Meeting was opened in prayer at 6:19 pm.
Old Business:
- Amendment made to make Summer Clemenson treasurer.
- Discussed needed donations for Fundraiser at South Bound Toutle River Rest Area December 20-24, 2010. Items to bring: blankets, can opener, heaters, paper towels, sandwich bags, hand sanitizer, garbage bags, urns, coffee, tea, napkins, cups
- Email Marketing Campaign to start January 2011.
- Need to find projector, gift boxes and candy for Community Stakeholders Meeting (date still not decided).
- Stakeholders list to invite to Community Stakeholders Meeting still being created.
New Business:
Quick Books will be purchased for Attic Ministries and Living Ministries through Exclaim Media.
Expectation for Stakeholders Meeting is AMAZING!
Suggested that we are continue to suggest Facebook Friends to Fan pages.
Find Realtor with Duplex to start serving the homeless. One side for women, one side for men. Need to check out Zoning issues, intake.
Sarah Harding stopped by for a moment and informed the group that New to You would like to help with donations.
