The meeting was called to order by President, Summer Clemenson at 7:29pm.
We are waiting for the Articles of Incorporation in order to open our bank account at Fibre Federal Credit Union.
Chuck Hendrickson from Love Overwhelming gave a presentation on The Daily Living Essentials Café. They will provide the basic living essentials for the homeless. This will be at the Evangel Church building. They are looking for volunteers to help serve 7:30am-12pm every Monday and Tuesday. If we get enough volunteers they can also be open on Wednesdays. 3 volunteers, one being male are required to open and operate.
The café will be open for three months. Then the program will be evaluated. Delivery boxes will be placed around the community.

Linda Haarstad suggested that we ask Community House to send people to the café if they don’t have the room for them. Laura Tack will be the Monday on site Manager. Ideas for mobile housing units were shared.
Love Inc. will be helping to clean Riverside Park in Lexington. Exclaim Media will be there capturing footage to help promote the event. The meeting was adjourned at 8:16pm.
