Attendance: Linda Haarstad, Summer Clemenson, Dale Chamberlain, Dale Waddel, John Hanna, Tara Kubacki, Jamie Holloway.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by President Summer Clemenson. Jamie was asked to offer the invocation. We collected $20.00 in happy backs from everyone!
Fundraising Idea: Summer would like to sell baseball tickets for the Cowlitz Black Bears Baseball team.
John Hanna made a motion that we sell punch card tickets for The Cowlitz Black Bears.
Dale Chamberlain seconded the motion.
Action: It was motioned and seconded that we sell punch tickets for The Cowlitz Black Bears for $20.00 per punch ticket giving us a $10.00 profit. A vote was conducted and the motion was passed.
The new sponsorship letter will be shortened by one paragraph. Dale Chamberlain made a motion to position the address at the bottom of first page of letterhead. The motion was seconded by Linda.

Donation Cards: Summer created some lovely donation cards for future donors to use to donate a meaningful donation.
John Coleman made a motion to accept the lovely donation cards. Linda Haarstad, seconded the motion.
Action: It was motioned and seconded that we accept the lovely donation cards. A vote was conducted and the motion was passed.
Adam Haarstad’s volunteer hours: We will create some forms to help Adam chronicle his work. We will also put this on the Living Ministries website for people to view.
John Coleman made a motion to set some written requirements for Adam’s work.
Karen seconded the motion.
Action: It was motioned and seconded that there be a list of requirements for Adam’s volunteer hours. A vote was conducted and the motion was passed.
Linda’s Ladies Spring Tea has been planned and will occur on Sunday, April 29th 2012. The staff is in place and the menu has been planned with love and care. So far 19 lovely ladies have submitted a RSVP.
Next meeting will be May 09, 2012 at 6:00PM right here at Life Works 906 New York Street in lovely Longview,Washington.
