President Summer Clemenson called the meeting to order at 6:12pm
Karen opened us up. Jessie was introduced. We need to designate a few guest coordinators. Dale will be our utility.
This is all for the Christmas Angel Telethon. We will get several things to Jessie next week.
- We need a food coordinator.
- Ask about decorations from The Eagles.
- We need to see if we can use CAP parking lot for drive up kettle donations.
- Ask if Eagles have permit to put signs on the sidewalk.
- Get Flood lights around the interviewing area.
- Jessie says we need to plug people in.
- Create a timeline for entertainment.
- We need someone to handle processing of credit cards.
- Phone banks need to be check on.
Go-Forth Celebration
Summer would like to invite Love Overwhelming, Hearts For Homeless, The Storehouse to be a part of our booth. We also considered Washington CURE and Celebrate Recovery at the Nazarene Church.
Tom made this motion and Linda seconded it. This motion passed.
Adam Haarstad will be able to volunteer a few hours of service to help Tom out at the Go-Fourth event.
We will set tent up Sunday at 3:00PM.
Community data base has about 130 groups now. Specific resources for sex offenders needs to be added. Summer is looking into a database of people that will help with providing diapers.
Karen will call Ivy about Relay for Life and Norma from Squirrel Fest about having a booth. Find out about the a booth at the fair.
