The meeting was called to order at 6:01pm Happy bucks time! Debra gave the invocation.
The donation letters should go out to DIY, Highlander Cycling, It was stated that we should be more involved in the community. Perhaps a booth at the Saturday Market, The Cowtliz County Fair,and Relay For Life. Ask the community how we can help.
If we ask the community how we can help we need to be more detailed. We need to produce a PSA for KLTV.
Motion/Action: Would like to appoint a human relations person. Motion was made by John Hanna. Seconded by Debra Lawson-Bean. Motion was voted on and passed.
Motion/Action: Jamie Holloway will be our Human Relations person. Some of her duties will be to answer online emails bcc responses to info, and also let the committee know whenever their response is needed.
We had members help us at The Cowlitz County Regional Business Expo and they were appreciated so much. Linda, John Hanna, Tara, and Tom were awesome!
Debra needs some help with her new place. She needs a fence or a carport, plumbing help, and doorknobs installed. The kind folks at Love Inc. may be able to help her. Tom will go down next week and help out. Tom may be able to have a carport donated from one of his friends. Dale Chamberlin will be able to help the first weekend of June 02nd.
Maybe Linda’s son Adam could help Debra with some of the work she needs to complete.
Motion/Action: Motion made by John Coleman to Try to get Adam Harrstad to do some of the work for Debra. The motion was seconded by Karen. The motion was passed.
Motion/Action: Summer made a motion to have a Living Ministries Team for Relay 4 Life
The motion was seconded by Debra. A vote was taken and it was passed that Living Ministries will have a team at the Relay 4 Life Celebration!
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30pm by President Summer Clemenson.
