This is an official virtual meeting called by Karen G Clemenson. We have come to realize that the 3rd Wednesday of the month is not working for our committee as it once did. Karen feels that the 3rd Monday of the month may work better for our monthly Power Meeting. If you agree please post below so we can check that Life Works can still accommodate our meetings. Please feel free to share opinions and questions below. My vote is only valid in the case of a tie.

Jhohanna Neely and anyone that wants to chime in on virtual meetings are more than welcome; no apologies necessary. Although we have not heard from Lynn Brown, we have heard from all officers. I am closing this meeting. Our Living Ministries Power Meetings have been moved to the 3rd Monday of the month. Jamie Holloway please contact me about when we will look over the bylaws to make this change and any others that we feel would make our bylaws more easily understood and accessible by all.
