You can’t build relationships by staying home and not interacting with our community….and sometimes, if not most of the time, items are needed to fill needs in the community that must be purchased with money…
To attempt to walk the line towing both these lines we have found it necessary to either facilitate or be part of lots of community events and fundraisers and drives.

- Helping the Helpers Benefit Concert – Proceeds benefit Hearts For Homeless and Love Overwhelming
August
- Living Ministries Pet LOVE Drive – Proceeds benefit pets of owners receiving services from Lower Columbia CAP’s Meals on Wheels Program
September
- Cruise For the Cure – Annual Fundraiser/Community Event by New Hope Cancer Recovery
October
- Living Ministries Survival Drive – Proceeds benefit Hearts For Homeless
December
- Longview Christmas Parade – Annual Community Event facilitated by private citizens
- Christmas JOY Telethon – Co-Sponsored by The Electric Bean. Proceeds benefit Living Ministries, Canz4Toyz & Hearts For Homeless
