From our free Information & Assistance Program (I&A), Family Caregiver Support Program,senior transportation services, and a wide range of health and wellness programs, we are committed to helping our community’s adults live and age well. We serve adults in Clark, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, Skamania and Klickitat counties.
