HCRR is a referral registry database center that helps those who are receiving publicly funded in-home care programs through DSHS. The referral database contains names of people who are looking for employment as an Individual Provider (IP). In order for them to be registered in our database they must pass a Washington State Criminal Background check and take part in a face to face interview and fill out our application.
